Report Guidelines
- The report must be on 8 ½ x 11 paper.
- One report is due each term – on the due date.
- The report needs to have correct spelling, contain complete sentences and be
neatly done.
- The report needs to contain the following information and each topic in your
report needs to be numbered using the list below:
- Give the place and date of birth of the composer.
- Write a summary of the life of the composer. Information is needed on the early,middle and late years of the composer. (minimum of 10 sentences)
- Give place and date of death of the composer.
- Name at least two famous compositions of the composer.
- State what the composer did to become famous.
- List the site(s) from which your information comes.
- Information must come from the following websites: www.dsokids.com www.classicsforkids.com
